Where do Cliffs members log in?+
Use the Member Login button at the top of this page. It opens The Cliffs' member site in a new tab. Troy does not see or store your login.
Is there a Cliffs app?+
Yes. The Cliffs publishes a free member app for iPhone and Android. Search "The Cliffs" in the App Store or Google Play.
Can I book tee times online?+
Yes. Tee times can be booked in the app and on the member website, on a computer or a phone.
Can I see my club statement online?+
Yes. The member website lets you view your statement.
Who do I call if I can't log in?+
Each Cliffs club has its own Member Services team. At Walnut Cove, that number is 828-687-1738.
Can I use the portal before I buy?+
No. It is for Cliffs Club members. Membership is tied to owning property in a Cliffs community. Troy can walk you through how that works.
